What should you do?
Change your password immediately.
Call your bank’s 24/7 hotline to inform them of this potential threat.
I received a suspicious call/ message, but I did not entertain it.
I think it is a scam attempt, but I did not fall for it.
Uninstall suspected malicious applications and install antivirus applications for safety.
Do not download applications outside of your smartphone's official application platforms (e.g. Google Play Store, App Store, Huawei AppGallery). Watch out for suspicious applications designed to steal sensitive data from users.
Change your banking
password regularly.
Do not share your personal banking details with unknown parties.
Report any suspicious transactions to your bank and lodge a police report for further investigation.
